Internship for Open edX SRE

If you are interested in gaining work experience, the KeelWorks foundation has been helping people get to work for nearly 18 years. We are entirely volunteer with about 250 interns at any given time. Our people, the ones who truly engage, come, practice, and leave with employment. We help those who understand they need help create an uncommonly effective resume. While interns are unpaid at KeelWorks, it might help to know that everyone at KeelWorks is unpaid. We have projects of many variations, but we are buidling a program for the more challenged unemployed, starting with 20 Sudanese refugeese in Kenya with little education and in a country with 70% unemployment for the age range. We sincerely believe we can do this. Once we perfect the program, we’ll expand it across the globe, yes Donald, to the US as well.

If you would like to be a part of this, we’ll welcome your help. We always need UX researchers, graphic artists, developers, project managers, writers, instructional designers, and yes, Site Reliability Engineers. I would particularly like to have an SRE for edX. To express interest, please email me at thomas.garrod@keelworks.org. Oh, and we accept volunteers who are interested in being a part of KeelWorks as well.

Presumably you mean Open edX here? (edX alone generally refers to edx.org.) So the idea would be an intern who learns how to do SRE work on Open edX instances?

(Not trying to be nitpicky, just trying to make sure I understand the idea.)

Yes sir. Thank you for clarifying.
