Login and Registration page was changed when site configuration is enable

Hi there,

I’ve add a new site configuration and enable it from admin page.
When the site configuration is enable, login and register page was changed.

• Using Open edX release hawthorn.master.
• Added {"logo_image_url":"/static/MyThemes/images/logo-only.png"} into admin/site_configuration/siteconfiguration.
