LTI 1.3 Provider and Consumer?

We are evaluating edX for use i our systems, but we have gotten conflicting information about the support of LTI.

Does edX support LTI 1.3 for both provider and consumer? We have been told that it can consume 1.3 but provide in 1.1 only.
