LTI Consumer Cannot find User Id

I have installed the lti_consumer for my course, so that I can setup BigBlueButton. Unfortunately, I am getting internal server errors after adding my LTI passport and the Xblock. The error states that the LTI consumer cannot find the user id. Does anyone know what this means and how to solve it?

I am using
tutor version 13.2.2

I do not know how to find the lti_consumer version

@empowrco Did you test your BigBlueButton LTI credentials outside of edX to make sure they are working (see IMS LTI tool provider emulator)?

@Frederick_Dixon, that tool says its deprecated and I am not really sure how to use it

Actually, I followed the instructions here, which details the tool you used and I am getting the same error.

Which means for some reason anonymous_student_id is None and it should not be
