We are building a mobile only learning product. The mobile app is built from scratch with openedx as the backend learning platform. Learning content are ingested into openedx as scorm. So learning contents are rendered in the mobile using scorm player. The app also has a landing page - the content for which doesnt come from ingested SCORM. The landing page has announcements section, instructor connect etc… I wanted to check if there are any specific features in Openedx that we can use to so that targeted messages can be sent to mobile app users using the Announcement section.
