Npm Package DEPRs: Looking for people to push these through!

The Axim frontend team has audited all npm packages in use, and we found a few that need to be deprecated. Axim is not planning, in the near term, to do these deprecations. We are looking for people who would like to take these draft tickets and shepherd them through the Deprecation process. This is a great task for people new to DEPR who want to get more involved.

The packages to be deprecated are as follows. They need a champion to choose deprecation and removal dates, and perform the deprecations.

@edx/reactifex: [DEPR]: Reactifex · Issue #31 · openedx/reactifex · GitHub

@edx/frontend-component-cookie-policy-banner: [DEPR]: frontend-component-cookie-policy-banner · Issue #449 · openedx/frontend-component-cookie-policy-banner · GitHub

@edx/react-unit-test-utils: [DEPR]: react-unit-test-utils · Issue #44 · openedx/react-unit-test-utils · GitHub

@edx/cookie-policy-banner: [DEPR]: @edx/cookie-policy-banner npm references · Issue #392 · openedx/public-engineering · GitHub

edx-pattern-library: [DEPR]: edx-pattern-library npm references · Issue #391 · openedx/public-engineering · GitHub

edx-ui-toolkit (note: this one is blocked by XBlock extraction work expected to be completed between Ulmo and Verawood): [DEPR]: edx-ui-toolkit · Issue #488 · openedx/edx-ui-toolkit · GitHub

edx-bootstrap: [DEPR]: edx-bootstrap npm package · Issue #390 · openedx/public-engineering · GitHub
