OEP-37 Dev Data modification and Implementation

Hi all,

ArchBom at edX recently worked on implementing a prototype of OEP-37: Dev Data. Based on that work, we’ve made some changes to the OEP-37 and have written additional ADR’s explaining some of the choices we made in the OEP. If you want to learn more, here are some useful links:
