Hi, I am using tutor version 20.0.3. In my open edx I am unable to fix the program tab. Users have completed few courses but still it shows no course has been completed.
It shows that the user has earned certificates in the Earned Certificates Section but does not show it when it display the number of certificates in this case the user has completed and earned 4 certificates but it still show 0/15 certificates.
It also shows 0 completed Courses.
