Progress report is not working properly

Not showing completed in progress of the course but I have read the section and click on next.

@Diksha to get better help, the following information is useful:

  • What are you trying to do?
  • Are you running tutor?
  • What version of the platform are you using?
  • What documentation have you looked at to try to help? What’s missing?

When a user reads the course, they click on next when completing one tab reading, so it should get completed, but It won’t. Sometimes I click multiple times to go to next; it go next one but didn’t show completed marked. How to solve this problem.
