Overview
This project proposes migrating certificate-related configurations from the Studio Advanced Settings page into the existing Certificates tab, consolidating all certificate options in one dedicated place.
Problem
Currently, some certificate settings live in Advanced Settings while others are in the Certificates tab. This separation creates confusion for course authors, who may overlook essential options or configure them incorrectly, leading to inconsistencies in certificate generation.
Use Cases

As a course author, I need all certificate-related configurations in the Certificates tab so I can manage them without searching in multiple places.
