SCORM - package limit if using Tutor / AWS-S3? Can't add >1MB package

Hi - I am trying to add a SCORM package to a new Nutmeg platform environment (AWS-S3 & Kubernetes) that has been created using Tutor (v15 I think).
Only SCORM packages of around 0.4MB can be uploaded.
(Trying with SCORM 2004 4-ed format.zip, but same for AICC zip)
I tried ones from 3MB to 13MB and I get “Studio is having trouble saving”.

Any suggestions as to what to try?

What are the logs from the load balancer, caddy container, cms and cms-worker containers? Please give details about the failing HTTP request: what’s the url and response status code?
