Smtp is not working how can I solve it?

hi guys !

I’m using ironwood.master with devstack.
I set the smtp settings. and I reset my password. but it was not working.
I refer to https://blog.lawrencemcdaniel.com/open-edx-setup-smtp-email/

I had logs these.

What’s wrong in my edx?? please tell me.

Update Devstack
change
EMAIL_BACKEND = ‘django.core.mail.backends.filebased.EmailBackend’ to
EMAIL_BACKEND = ‘django.core.mail.backends.smtp.EmailBackend’

After configuring above details along with email host and password, Please update ace_common setting ace devstack.py.

Above file contain the the value ‘file_email’ by defaults. change these values to ‘django_email’ as followed

settings.ACE_ENABLED_CHANNELS = [
‘django_email’
]

settings.ACE_CHANNEL_DEFAULT_EMAIL = 'django_email'
settings.ACE_CHANNEL_TRANSACTIONAL_EMAIL = 'django_email'
