Support Multiple languages in Quince Release

We wish to support both english and german languages. We use tutor version 17 (Open edX Quince release) and the tutor-indigo theme.

Apparently, the tutor-indigo theme has a built-in language selector. Our questions are:

1. How do we configure the default and additional supported languages for open edX?

2. Where are translations stored? How do we update them?

3. How do we enable and configure the tutor-indigo language selector to use our default language setting and show all our supported languages?

4. Will language settings work everywhere? Will mfes need additional translation adjustments?

5. We won’t have non-developers updating translations, can we avoid paying for Transifex?

hi @Yaniv_Gershon , This is because the language preference defaults to English if not explicitly set by the user. When the platform is first loaded, it defaults to English.
