The Teak.1 release retrospective is open! Please take a few minutes to share your feedback by July 21 so we can learn and improve together.
How to contribute:
Open the retrospective page
Add your comments in the right sections of the template
Be clear and specific - what worked, what didn’t, and what can be improved
Tag your comments with your name (e.g., [Maria]: I think…)
Keep it helpful and constructive
Focus your feedback on:
Successes & achievements - What should we keep doing?
Challenges - What didn’t work well?
Action items - What steps should we take next?
You can talk about:
- Product
- Testing
- Bug triage & fixing
- Security
- Backports
- Release notes
We’ll meet on Monday, July 21 (BTR meeting) to discuss the feedback and define action items.
