Temporary edx-platform fork in openedx org

I am about to fork edx-platform into the openedx org. EDX-PLATFORM IS NOT MOVING ANYWHERE YET!!! This is only so we can test CI/CD stuff in advance of doing the real move in January, to make the eventual transition as smooth as possible. DO NOT DEVELOP AGAINST THIS FORKED REPO!!! You should continue to use the existing edx/edx-platform repo.

The move has happened! openedx/edx-platform is now the official place to develop off of (though the magic of GitHub redirects means that your existing checkouts/pulls/pushes should still work).
