Unblock a Blocked Account on Repeated Wrong Passwords Submissions


Is there any way to unblock a blocked account due to repeated wrong passwords submissions without resetting the password. From administration or command line side?


It takes about an hour to automatically unblocked the locked account. However, if the password is reset from the command line, the account is unlocked immediately.

The scenario in my case is: It is a new deployment and students are not familiar with LMS, and they do some mistakes during the login and get locked in their accounts.
