Upgrade to Maple fails due to missing table "openedx.agreements_integritysignature"

When attempting an upgrade (Lilac → Maple) of our local installation using tutor, it fails when running a migration due to a missing table:

Any idea what could be the cause of this and how it can be fixed?

Hello, I am still struggling to upgrade our installation (currently on 12.2.0). I’ve tried different versions of Tutor, but the upgrade always fails. Is there any proven way that actually works, or is the Tutor upgrade mechanism just broken and we need to start from scratch if we want to use a newer version? @regis

Can you please share if you are using any custom plugins or running a fork of edx-platform?

furthermore you can check the official documentation for upgrading tutor and see if you’re not missing any steps.

Thanks for the quick response. The only modification we are using is a theme with some custom images and CSS.
I’m following the steps from the documentation, but they always fail at tutor local launch (or tutor local quickstart for < v15).
