Why can't Certificate HTML View Configurations be edited?

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to understand the motivation why certificate html view configurations in the LMS admin could not be edited? For example, if it has been accidentally saved without ticking the enabled checkbox, then you have to add a new configuration. Similarly, you could not edit a current html view configuration. So one could possibly end up having several enabled (or disabled) html view configurations simply listed in the LMS admin.
