I am currently attempting to complete a knowledge check and submit it, but when I try to submit, the button is stuck, displaying ‘Submitting’. How do I fix it?

Could you provide some more details? What types of problems are you using in your course? Do you know what version of Tutor your site is running?
There are some coding problems embedded in the course but it is mostly multiple choice problems where you click the answers and submit. No I do not know what version of Tutor the site is running on.
Offhand, I couldn’t say what the problem is. It may be useful to see if the person or team running your site could investigate if there are stack traces to help debug the problem.
