Maple running on AWS. Course uses teams. Teams have done their submissions for this ORA. Submitted responses were received by staff and graded. At one point (impossible to say, if immediately after grading or later), this happened for all course participants (see below). Has anyone had this happen and can you suggest fixes, please? Future ORAs in the same course are up and running and accepting responses.
