I’m trying to investigate why team ORA is blocked from ORA Staff Grader (This PR).
If someone has access to this ticket please help me understand its user story.
That is for this specific case. In the bigger picture, from time to time I’ve seen many PRs with private JIRA tickets linked to them, I think it would be very helpful if developers can summarize the user story in their PR description if it’s possible, we’re working on an open-source after all (no hard feeling, just a friendly suggestion
