Can not import course to studio

Hello everyone I have a file course compressed with format .tar.gz, This file about 400 MB. I try to import and may be it pending during upload progress.

Is there anyway to complete process or restart import again, my account is pending more than 8 hours
Note This course content is correct and it can import in my staging server

Hi @luan.tm.

You can try to remove the tasks associated with the import of the course by accessing the table at admin/user_tasks/usertaskstatus/ and searching by the course id.

hi @Ian2012 , if I delete task pending, is there any affect and after that can I run it again normally

There are 11 courses export with status pending, should I delete all ?

@luan.tm not sure about the course exports, but it should work as expected. I’ve never had problems with deleting the course imports tasks
