Is it possible to change the video thumbnail in open edx? I was looking at the edx documentation and they said you can but im follow their insutructions and I cannot find it.
Heres the documentation I am following, its not open edx so this may differ?
I know you can just change it on youtube and link that but it would be great to have a way to do it in edx.

I haven’t seen this in the old Studio. Since Redwood, Studio has its own MFE where I took this screenshot from.
That would make sense, I will look into upgrading to Redwood.
@tech_mil Updating to the latest version is good, but be aware that the video thumbnail feature is an exclusive feature for edx.org, which means you won’t get it even if you update your instance to Redwood.

Ah I see, does that mean my instance of edx would need to be hosted on edx.org?
edx.org is a website using openedx just like you, the video thumbnail feature I think was made by them and it’s not available for others, the reason that it’s visible but not usable for others I think it’s because they forgot to add a flag to hide it.
