Error in Tutor Insight

So sorry to tag you. Please me some spare time from your busy schedule. I am following you since long time and you are doing very impressive work for this community please i am requesting you guide me. GitHub - shanghai-rits/tutor-contrib-insights
I have actually followed your Instruction to install Tutor Insight But not able to install with Nutmeg can you please guide me how i can install the in Nutmeg. For your Reference i am attaching the Error Screenshot. I am using Apache webserver.

I have not updated the plugin since Lilac, so you will have to fork and update it if you want to use it.

However, I would like to note that:

• This plugin only includes the Dashboard (also called Insights) and API part of the Open edX Insights stack. GitHub - openedx/edx-analytics-dashboard: Dashboard to display course analytics to course teams

• You will have to re-create the pipeline GitHub - openedx/edx-analytics-pipeline before being able to use this plugin.

You can see that I mention it not being production-ready in the original topic.
