Fail to connect to Zoom in OpenEdx via LTI

Hi,
My colleague tries to connect Zoom in OpenEdX via LTI (v 1.1). He follows the steps from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dJuEGsZM4gw and it is not successful.

These are his settings:

He cannot connect to zoom even though his zoom session is live. And I tried to connect zoom from OpenEdX via LTI using his settings. It seems like my zoom in openedx is waiting for connecting his session even though this zoom is already live.

We have some questions:

  1. Is there anything we missed or did incorrectly?
  2. We are confused. Do we need to create a room at zoom in advance? We check the room and found nothing.
