During October of 2023, we conducted interviews with a handful of Core Contributors to get their opinion on the processes behind Core Contributor work. The idea to conduct these interviews was born from a thread started back in March 2023.
We decided to keep interview feedback anonymous to encourage the interviewees to be as open and uninhibited as possible. The feedback was collated and compared in an attempt to spot any patterns. From there, we created a Key Takeaways document to list the opinions that were shared by more than one Core Contributor.
The next step is to create a survey to find out if these key takeaways reflect the opinion of the greater Core Contributor group.
