UPDATE: Work on the survey has begun! 
We’ve come up with a list of questions to include in the survey. Check out this Google Doc to see the progress so far. Feel free to leave any thoughts or suggestions as comments on the doc itself.
In about 2 weeks (+/- Feb 22) we will be moving the questions from the Google Doc into a Typeform survey, so please be sure to provide any feedback before then. Thanks!
