I am setting up master branch of edx-platform with tutor. When I am trying to Signin or Signup it is giving me black page. The root cause of it is unable to find gettext.js on static_root.
Below is error message I can see in browser console.
require.js:1961 GET http://local.edly.io:8000/static/gettext.js net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)
