Grade Synchronization with other LTI provider

Does anyone know about Open edX LTI on how it synchronizes grades from LTI provider into Open edX? Right now we are experiencing no response from Open edX whenever Moodle pushing grades to Open edX.

We are using the ironwood version of Open edX and Moodle 3.10
