How to Control Course Visibility in Open edX

I want to change the status of the course. Like if it’s hidden or private the course should not be available on the home page but if it’s public it’s available to anyone. Currently every course is available to the users and I don’t want that I want the course to be private and learners should be added to the course.

Hi, this can be done from Advanced Settings section in Studio. There is a setting value “Course Visibility in Catalog” that does that. See these docs by eduNext (I could not find the Open edX docs, though I remember this info is in there)
