How to mark course, subsection or unit as completed

Hello everyone,

I am working with the openedx release nutmeg in the tutor.

The learner cannot see the green tick after completing the unit.

This issue is specific to two learners in two courses, particularly in a particular unit.

The learners completed the entire course, but only these units are not showing as completed.

Please refer to the attached screenshot for the same.

I have a doubt: Is there any way to manually complete the course, section, or unit from the back-end? If so, could anyone please provide the process for doing so?

please guide me on what can I do ….

html block and assessments.

iirc, the student needs to submit his answer and the assessment needs to be scored.
you can read this doc for more info.

one learner have a issue in the html block he reads whole block still not able to see the green tick.

and another learner having issue with another unit which contains html block and assessments learner completed the exam read whole html block still he is not able to see the green tick in the unit.

For HTML blocks, students need to wait about 8s after the page is fully loaded to be marked as completed.
It’s hard to debug the issue without inspecting the student web console and server logs.
If this only affects a few students, I think you can ignore it.
