New openedx visual editor not visible in Palm release

Hi,

I want to set background color in Openedx Text block using Visual Editor. I am running Palm release and it seems it has new visual editor with background color as an option also table and special symbols but my editor does not show any of these.

Do I need to set it form somewhere or am I missing something. Please let me know.

you need to set the waffe flag new_core_editors.use_new_text_editor to true.
it is in {lms_host}/admin/waffle/flag/
click on it, Everyone:yes
