New to open edx | Introduction

Hello folks,

I am from Berlin, Germany, and have been working since 20 years with all kinds of CMS. Having started with mambo at the beginning of the millenium I have made my way through Joomla, Wordpress, Moodle.
But I am new to open edx. I was asked to support an idealistic platform offering a COVID-19 course: elearning.medopolo.com

So Iā€™d be glad if you guys could help me with my learning curve ā€¦
