OEP-65: Composable Micro-frontends

I’m excited to officially announce the review period for OEP-65: Component Micro-frontends about proposed changes to the Open edX micro-frontend (MFE) architecture. The proposed changes intends to enable composable MFEs, implemented via Module Federation), to address inconsistencies, performance issues, and other inflexibilities within the current MFE architecture (i.e., collection of independent, loosely coupled Single Page Applications).

OEP-65’s review period elapsed by an extra week. Thanks for the engaging feedback/questions from the reviewers and the updates/responses by the authors! OEP-65 will be merged and considered “Provisional” :tada:
