You are most probably attempting to reinstall Open edX over an existing installation where you had made some local changes. Since the Ansible script is expecting a directory without any local changes, it will not overwrite your current directory.
The solution is either to reinstall from scratch or modifying the Ansible script to use force=yes which could potentially override the local modifications you made.
