I occasionally have users of my platform say that the Open edX player crashes for them, or gets stuck skipping/studdering/playing the same thing over and over. I’ve seen this on occasion as well, but never found a way to reliably reproduce this.
Has anyone else seen this, and have any insight into what might be causing it? (E.g. is there any ticket I can track about it?)
