Hello everyone,
We’re currently encountering an issue with our Open Edx Android app which has surfaced post an update of the YouTube app. The issue is that our users are unable to watch YouTube videos embedded within our Open Edx app; instead, they’re seeing an error message directing them to watch the video directly on YouTube.
We have tried basic troubleshooting steps, like clearing cache and reinstalling the app, but it didn’t solve the issue.
I was wondering if any other members of the community have faced similar issues and if so, how they resolved them. Any input or advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
