Regarding Django Admin panel

I Hosted an open edx platform locally using Tutor and I created Superuser also
but I am not able to get the Django admin panel it just gives me a blank page

these are the links I am getting when I host edx

is there any specific procedure to get the Django admin panel?

You can try it in incognito mode after logging in through the user user.
