Reusing a course

I have a course that does not have a closing date and is instructor paced. I need to restart the course for a new batch of students. Ideally I don’t have any previous students in the new course.

One thought is to pause enrollment and open it up again. (Which means all previous students will be there.)

If I put an end to enrollment will current students still be able to continue their course and access it?

One thing I don’t understand fully is how one would restart a new six months course, and still allow students to sign up months ahead of it starting but not end up jumping into the old one?

For this, you can use the Re-run Course functionality inside Studio. You can refer to this documentation for more information.

Yes, current students will be able to access the course (AFAIK).
