After installation, it literally said that my lms can be accessed at learn.18.104.22.168 and my cms at create.22.214.171.124. Now I can access neither. Please, someone help me figure out the issue before my employer kicks me out of the job.

You might have set wrong settings in your config files for LMS and CMS host, try to change those values and restart the services.
