After installation, it literally said that my lms can be accessed at learn.143.198.230.112 and my cms at create.143.198.230.112. Now I can access neither. Please, someone help me figure out the issue before my employer kicks me out of the job.

While it can be frustrating to not get things done on time and facing issues, please make sure to include details.
You might have set wrong settings in your config files for LMS and CMS host, try to change those values and restart the services.
