Hey Guys!
I am deploying Open EDX using tutor and a custom fork I have. I have recently upgraded to tutor 16 and EDx Palm and wanted to try the default proctoring software. After playing around with the settings file and enable the proctored exams I am able to set one up.
However, I seem to be stuck at “You must complete the proctoring set up before you can start the exam” when it comes to testing. what should I do? How do I go about completing the setup? How do I get access to the proctoring software for default proctoring? Should my company subscribe to any specific service?
