The BTR working group has just tagged the open-release/sumac.1. This release includes bug fixes, security updates, translation updates and a couple of small backported features.

V19 of tutor core and plugins, compatible with sumac.1, have been released to pypi. Happy upgrading Installing Tutor — Tutor documentation.

Is Ubuntu version 20.04 supported?
With sumac, we have moved to ubuntu 22.04 for core and 24.04 for other plugins. I don’t think there have been any major changes upstream to cause issues with 20.04 but keep in mind the issues can occur if you attempt it on 20.04.
