@HertZPY, this information is retrieved by the ecommerce service from the LMS via the course-discovery service. For that to work, the sites/site configuration and partners have to be configured in ecommerce and the course-discovery service and the refresh_course_metadata management command in the course-discovery service has to be run periodically.
Please check and verify that this is the case.
