Our Res instance is exhibiting this error when attempting to load an empty course outline
Once we add content/publish the course outline loads as expected, but we’re able to reproduce the behavior if we once again delete the content and attempt to reload the outline
This seems to be related to our use of the course import management command to create these courses instead of creating them through Studio.
We haven’t been able yet to pinpoint how the import management command code path differs from creating a course via the Studio web interace.
