Upgrading Open edX Hawthorn release to the Ironwood release

Hi, I want to upgrade the version of Openedx, I followed this tutorial.

but in step 3 I found an error like the one below, is there any other way to upgrade / backup the database? saya menambahkan password pada baris ini. i found password ini lms.auth.json under CONTENTSTORE -> OPTIONS
