Using tutor for local development

When using tutor for local development which should be checked out from the cloned fork repo, the master branch of the latest release
git checkout open-release/redwood.master
or the latest release tag
git checkout open-release/redwood1

If you are using v18.1.1 of tutor then you should be using open-release/redwood.1 of edx-platform.

Thank you, I was confused weather to checkout the master branch of the latest release (open-release/redwood.master) or the latest named tag (open-release/redwood.1).
