Why can’t I access my Open edX instance on mobile devices?!

I’ve deployed an Open edX instance on my server and launched it using tutor local launch. The output was:

All services initialised.
The platform is now running and can be accessed at the following URLs:
https://mmcoder.xyz
https://studio.mmcoder.xyz
https://search.mmcoder.xyz
https://apps.mmcoder.xyz

Everything works fine on my computer — I can access all of the URLs without any issues.

However, when I try to access them on a mobile phone or iPad, I get an error saying:

“This site can’t provide a secure connection.”

Why is this happening?

It could be due to an internet issue. I accessed your website https://mmcoder.xyz on my mobile, and it opened without any problems.

Thank you for your response. I’ve been able to further isolate the issue — it appears that only iOS devices, including iPhones and iPads, are unable to access the site.

Thank you all for your help! I’ve figured out the issue — it was because my domain was not registered with the authorities. After switching to a domain that is properly registered, everything is now working!

Am I guessing correctly that you are trying to access your platform from China? Do new websites typically need to be declared to authorities, such that they are white-listed?
