I am using MAC M2 with Sonoma OS try to run EDX app on GIT facing Gradle issue

Hey all, has anyone been able to get this project to run with an M2 Mac OS setup… ?
Xcode version: 14.3.1
OS: 13.5.1
Chip: Apple M2 Pro
I'm getting:
`Command PhaseScriptExecution failed with a nonzero exit code`.
I've tried running via Rosetta as well. I've tried deleting pods and rebuilding. I tried downgrading Xcode to Xcode 14.2, Xcode 14.1, and even upgrading to Xcode 15. I tried restarting and pulling the repo from scratch. Does anyone have any idea how to get this to build in the simulator or on an ios device?
Any help would be great here!
