404 page not found error at openedx insight

Dear All,
I would like to please suggest one thing.
When, click login button at my openedx insights sites, the following error is occurring. How can i fixed this. Please help me.

Hi @nway usually, the insights dashboard communicates to the database via the analytics API (REST) and it isn’t very user friendly in handling errors when the required data isn’t found.

What Pipeline tasks have you ran? What does your insights application logs say? The log files are in the directory - /edx/var/log/insights/edx.log
