When I run tutor dev start LMS, I will repack the openedx image, which will pull many dependencies again, especially when it comes to installing base Txt this step,It’s very easy to make mistakes in the middle， I thought about the solution carefully. I enter the container and modify the dockerfile file and base Txt file, I put base Txt file is divided into two files, but this does not work. When I run tutor dev start LMS, the execution effect is the same as when I do not modify these files

You should not adjust running Docker containers.
